Eaves Gutters Siding

Project Overview

Description: For this project, we updated the home and detached garage by removing the existing siding and installing new 7.25″ Hardie Plank siding (6″ exposure) in a custom Edmund Allen color. To ensure a high-quality, weather-tight finish, we wrapped the structure in new code-compliant housewrap and applied flashing tape around all penetrations. The upgrade included the installation of black aluminum triple 4″ soffit and matching fascia to protect the eaves. To optimize water drainage away from the foundation, we installed a new 5″ K-style seamless gutter system featuring seven oversized downspouts with drain tile adaptors.

Building on the home’s previous exterior upgrades, we updated the main entryway by removing the existing front door and replacing it with a new ProVia Ascent front entry door paired with a Spectrum 291 storm door. To ensure long-term performance and weather resistance, the entire door opening and frame were fully flashed and secured in a plumb, level, and square position, complete with full interior and exterior trim-out.
