Description: For this project, we updated the front elevation of the home and garage by wrapping the existing fascia boards with custom-bent and hemmed white aluminum trim coil. We installed new white aluminum double-6″ soffit panels along the underside of the eaves on both the upper and main floors, utilizing white aluminum F-channel trim for a secure and clean finish. To ensure proper attic air circulation, we removed existing vent covers and replaced them with high-quality vented soffit panels. These improvements, fastened with color-matched stainless steel trim nails, provided a fresh, low-maintenance exterior while maintaining the home’s essential ventilation.
