Description: In this project, we replaced the old wooden windows with Midway Industries Hawthorne Series models, featuring white interiors and clay-colored exteriors. We also installed custom “Musket Brown” aluminum trim around the exterior window sills and casings. The existing stucco panels, trim boards, and aluminum siding were removed and replaced with CertainTeed Monogram 5″ horizontal siding in “Natural Clay”. Additionally, we updated the aluminum soffit and fascia with new “Musket Brown” components and added Cedar Renditions traditional woodgrain cedar bark aluminum soffit panels to the front porch. These enhancements improved the home’s appearance, energy efficiency, and durability.
