Description: For this project in Westchester, we completed a comprehensive two-phase renovation of the home’s rear outdoor living space. We performed a full replacement of the existing deck and pergola, upgrading the structure with durable composite decking, matching fascia, and a code-compliant black railing system. To protect the new back porch, we then completed a targeted drainage upgrade by installing a 20-foot run of standard 5″ K-style seamless black gutters integrated with gutter apron flashing for superior moisture protection. The system was finished with an oversized 3×4″ downspout on the left side, featuring a one-foot extension, and GutterGoalie screens across the entire run to prevent debris buildup and ensure long-term functionality.
