Description: For the Siding & Eaves scope, Diamond Standard Exteriors removed the existing aluminum siding from the upper level of the home and replaced it with new vinyl siding, trim, and accessories in a Deluxe Forest color, featuring a 7″ board-and-batten profile paired with a 5″ lap siding on the chimney. The work included weatherproofing with new house wrap and flashing across 10 squares, as well as 1/2″ rigid foam insulation installed over the house wrap to reduce air drafts. Additionally, the team removed the existing fascia from the entire eave structure and upper-level soffit panels, installing new fascia wrap and aluminum soffit panels across all eaves spanning 505 linear feet, which included the porch soffit installation.
