Description: For this comprehensive exterior renovation in Wheaton, we completed multiple phases of work including a full roof repair, window replacements, and entry system upgrades. We repaired the roofing system by installing ice and water shield and aluminum drip edge on all gables, re-flashing the chimney and dormers, and replacing the front bumpout and chimney shoulder roofs with CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in “Moire Black”. We also installed 11 Marvin Elevate windows across various elevations and provided new interior colonial casing for 22 windows and two patio doors. Finally, the front entry was modernized with a new 8-foot tall ProVia door and sidelite system, complete with matching transom and custom aluminum trim coil capping to enhance the home’s curb appeal and energy efficiency.
