Description: For this project in Riverside, we completed a comprehensive exterior renovation focused on roofing, gutters, soffit, and decking. We performed a full roof replacement on the home, installing new asphalt shingle roofing along with starter strips, ridge caps, synthetic underlayments, and upgraded vents, flashing, and edging for code-compliant water intrusion prevention. Next, we upgraded the drainage system across both the home and garage by replacing the old gutters with new 6″ custom-fabricated seamless gutters and oversized 3×4″ downspouts, rerouting the second-story front downspout to discharge along the side lot line. On the back porch ceiling, we removed damaged soffit and fascia to install new exterior-rated plywood soffit, fascia boards, and necessary flashing while properly reconnecting the existing lighting fixture. To complete the project, we removed the damaged front porch decking and replaced it with new wood deck boards, restoring structural integrity and clean curb appeal.
