Description: For this project, Diamond Standard Exteriors completed a front porch window installation service by removing the existing front porch screens and installing new Midway Belmont vinyl windows, which included three 2-wide units and two single units. To ensure a precise, weather-tight finish, the team fully trimmed out the installation with stop molding on the inside edges sealed with DAP Dynamax 230 caulk, as well as exterior aluminum trim coil on the outside edges sealed with OSI QUAD caulk. Per the scope of work, an extremely narrow window on-site was excluded from this service as it required a custom glass package sourced and installed separately by a specialized glass vendor.
