Description: For this project, we completed a total deck and pergola replacement in Lisle, utilizing high-quality composite materials and pressure-treated lumber. We demolished the existing structures and installed nine Diamond Pier pre-fabricated concrete footings to support a new foundation consisting of 6×6 posts and 2×10 joists. The deck was finished with Trex Enhance Naturals flooring in “Foggy Wharf,” complemented by a picture-frame border and Trex Select Composite T-Rail railing in white with black round balusters. Additionally, we constructed a custom pressure-treated wood pergola featuring 13 rafters and 24 decorative top slats, ensuring all ledger boards were protected with new aluminum flashing and joists were sealed with protective tape for long-term durability.
