Project Overview

Location: South Westmont neighborhood in Willowbrook, IL

Description: For this project, we completed a multi-faceted exterior upgrade in Willowbrook, which included the installation of new insulation, eaves, and drainage systems. We installed 1/4″ foam insulation board underneath new L.P. SmartSide siding to improve the home’s thermal efficiency. The eaves were updated by replacing old components with new Triple 4″ white aluminum soffit panels and custom-formed white aluminum fascia trim across approximately 210 feet. Additionally, we installed a comprehensive “K”-style seamless aluminum gutter system with oversized 3″x4″ downspouts and SureFlo gutter screens to ensure superior water management and protection against debris. To finish the rear elevation, we provided custom white aluminum trim for window sills, casings, and door jambs, all sealed with high-quality OSI Quad caulk.
