Description: For this project, we completed a full siding and trim overhaul for the garage and a house gable, installing LP SmartSide composite siding in “Terra Brown” with a rough cedar texture. We removed all existing wood siding and housewrap, inspected the underlying sheathing for moisture damage, and applied new code-compliant housewrap with taped seams for a continuous moisture barrier. The project featured premium white textured PVC trim coil to wrap all exposed garage trim, including a 20′ curved fascia board, providing a clean, wood-like appearance. To ensure long-term durability and protection, we installed new starter strips, J-channels, and aluminum flashing above all trim transitions, finishing the installation with high-quality, color-matched sealant.
