Description: For this project, we updated the home and detached garage by removing old aluminum siding and shutters and installing new 7.25″ Hardie Plank siding (6″ exposure) in a custom Edmund Allen color. To ensure a high-quality, weather-tight finish, we wrapped the structure in new code-compliant housewrap, applied flashing tape around all penetrations, and installed black aluminum triple 4″ soffit, matching fascia, and a comprehensive trim package including starter strips and corner posts. We also replaced existing aluminum capping on approximately 27 window and door openings with new black aluminum trim coil and installed a new 5″ K-style seamless gutter system featuring seven oversized downspouts with drain tile adaptors to optimize water drainage away from the foundation.
